Power lines shall not be plugged in on unattended boats unless they are approved shore power types. The following restrictions apply to lines and gear used to secure boats in slips:
All lines shall be secured to ring on piles and utilizing a splice thimble secured with a shackle.
All shackles shall be safety wired.
Permanent lines on cleats shall be secured utilizing a spliced thimble secured with a chain around the dock cleat.
Manila and plastic type lines, i.e., polypropylene shall not be used.
All lines shall be either three (3) ply twisted nylon or double braid nylon. The minimum size mooring lines are as follows:
Boats to twenty (20) feet shall be secured with on-half (1/2) inch line.
Boats over twenty (20) feet and less than thirty (30) feet shall be secured with five- eighths (5/8) inch line.
Boats over thirty (30) feet shall be secured with three-quarter (3/4) inch line.
All boats shall have a minimum of one (1) bow, one (1) spring and one (1) stern line on each side of boat.
Fueling of any watercraft in the marina is prohibited.
The speed limit in and around the marina shall not exceed five (5) miles per hour.

Use of flame type paint remover is prohibited in the marina.
Use of welding equipment is prohibited in the marina.
Garbage and trash shall be disposed of in the designated dumpster.
CPYC is not responsible or liable for accidents or damage caused by members to other’s boats and property.
The use of barbecues is prohibited.
Swimming is prohibited in the marina.
Renting or chartering of boats is prohibited
Visiting vessels (boats/jet skis etc) are prohibited unless authorized, in advance, by an Officer of the club Shrink Wrapping shall not be permitted in the marina unless it is approved by CPYC.
